COST

The cost of shipping varies depending on your location. You can calculate the cost of shipping before checking out, inside the cart. You'll receive multiple options to choose from, with different durations and costs.

FREE SHIPPING

USA: Standard Shipping is FREE when you spend $85 USD before tax, or more! NO duties or customs fees!

CANADA: Standard Shipping is FREE when you spend $85 CAD before tax, or more! No duties or customs fees. 

INTERNATIONAL: Standard Shipping is FREE when you spend $95 CAD (approx. €63 EUR) or more! Durations vary.

Please note: due to carrier-imposed shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to the following locations: Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Ethiopia, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Mali, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Turkey, Ukraine, Yemen. This list is subject to change.

DURATION

USA & Canada:

We are able to ship to all metropolitan areas of the United States and Canada within 5 business days, not including processing time. Here are the typical shipping standard durations:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days

Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days

Processing Time: 1 Business Day, except during pre-orders or periods of high volume; typically orders placed before 3pm EST Monday-Saturday are shipped the same day.

Internationally:

Typical durations for shipping outside of North America vary, generally 5-14 business days. Upon reaching your cart, the shipping calculator will let you know how long each shipping method will take your package to reach you.

All orders:

Please be aware that rural areas and outermost regions can sometimes take longer to ship to than the durations mentioned above. Shipping durations listed are an estimated idea and can vary depending on your location. Shipping durations are not guaranteed.

Please note that during the global pandemic of COVID-19, some carriers are experiencing delays, and we cannot guarantee shipping durations at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

ADDRESS ERRORS

If you notice an error in your address after you have placed your order, please email us right away before your order ships. Send us an email with the subject: "ORDER #____: ADDRESS ERROR" so we can get to it right away. Please send your email to hello@bristlesbeauty.com.

 

DUTIES & CUSTOMS FEES

USA & Canada:

There are no duties or customs fees on any regular orders placed in the United States or Canada. The only instance where duties would be charged is on an order going to the U.S. which contains over $800 of products in one parcel.

 U.K. & Ireland:

Orders under £135 GBP will not have duty fees; however, VAT may apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

Residents of U.S.A. and Canada receive FREE 14-day returns.

Unfortunately at this time we only provide FREE returns for residents of the U.S. or Canada. International returns outside of the U.S. or Canada are required to pay for their own return shipping fees.

Residents of U.S. and Canada:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Bristles Beauty brushes, you can return your products for FREE within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the products. There will be NO shipping or return handling fees should you follow the policy detailed below. Original shipping cost of the product(s), however, will not be refunded. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Residents outside of the U.S. or Canada:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Bristles Beauty brushes, you can return your products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the products. You will be required to pay for shipping of the product(s) only. Original shipping cost of the product(s), however, will not be refunded. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

All customers:

To be eligible for a return, your item can have been removed from its original packaging but not used with any makeup product or otherwise, and must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging as well as return shipped in the original shipment box or envelope. We require proof of purchase in the form of the original Invoice sent with your order.

All discounted items are final sale. This includes items which were individually discounted at the time of purchase as well as items which were part of orders to which a coupon code (AKA promo code) was applied. Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed after your order has been delivered back to us. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return is a result of an error made by us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if/when applicable:

  • Obvious signs of heavy usage, including, but not limited to, misshapen brushes and/or stains;
  • Any item that is not returned in its original packaging, or which has had its original packaging damaged;
  • Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

Items which you are returning within 14 days of the delivery can have been removed from their original packaging but not used with any makeup product or otherwise. This means they cannot have obvious signs of usage. This can mean it has been out of the packaging, has touched clean surfaces, and even clean skin, but has NOT been in contact with any makeup product or otherwise, and has not come in contact with unclean environments.

For U.S. and Canadian residents only:

Step 1) To initiate your return, please email us at hello@bristlesbeauty.com with the subject “Order #____ RETURN”. Once we have received your emailed return request, we will initiate your return, and email you your FREE return shipping label. Please be aware that if you do not complete this step, and choose to purchase a shipping label yourself, you will not be refunded for the cost of the return shipping label, or the original shipping cost, if applicable. 

Step 2) Print out your return label that we sent you upon request. Securely attach your return label to the box or envelope, ensuring the original shipping label and any resulting marks cannot be seen.

Step 3) Place the items you wish to return as well as the original Invoice you received with your shipment in the box or envelope, ensuring it is as protected as it was when received. Close and seal the parcel securely with the appropriate tape.

Step 4) Drop the parcel in a post box if its size allows or take it to your nearest Post Office.

Once we have received your parcel we will refund you the purchase price of the returned products.

Residents outside of the U.S. and Canada:

Please return your product(s) in the original packaging, with a "tracked" shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost returns. Please email us to let us know to accept your return at hello@bristlesbeauty.com. Terms of the return can be found above and must be followed for the return to be accepted.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, determined by the terms detailed above. If you are approved, your refund will be processed.

When you return your purchase to Bristles Beauty and we receive your item within 14 days of purchase you will receive a full refund to the original payment method you used to make the purchase in the amount of the purchase price of the item(s). The original cost of shipping will not be refunded, if applicable. We do not issue online store credit.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

Please be aware that refunds are not instantaneous, and that it can take several business days for the refund to appear on your payment method account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please allow at least 5 business days to pass after you receive the refund confirmation email, and then check your payment method account again. If more than 5 business days have passed since you received your refund confirmation email (NOT the return confirmation; the confirmation of the actual refunded amount after we have received and processed your return), please contact us at hello@bristlesbeauty.com and we will investigate.


SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

All discounted items are final sale. This includes items which were individually discounted at the time of purchase as well as items which were part of orders to which a coupon code (AKA promo code) was applied. Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


RETURN SHIPPING DURATION

The duration which your return takes to reach us depends on where you live. We cannot issue a refund until we have received your parcel and processed it. Processing may take up to 5 business days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product, if applicable, to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Should we not receive your return due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be responsible for initiating the investigation with the Postal Carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items shipped to Bristles Beauty outside of the returns window will not be accepted.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@bristlesbeauty.com and we will initiate the process for exchange. An exchange request must be made within 14 days of the delivery of your item(s).


GIFTS

If the item you wish to return was given to you as a gift we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. 

If the product was gifted to you by us for any reason, it cannot be returned for monetary value.
